We are seeking an Associate Minister focused on discipleship, community, and pastoral care. Based in a growing coastal area south of Perth, this role leads Life Groups, men’s ministry, newcomer integration, and pioneers our new 4pm service, helping build a welcoming and gospel-centred community. You will also serve as a primary teacher, providing leadership, coaching, and oversight to develop people and strengthen discipleship pathways across the church.
